Any problems, please email us with details of the item you wish to purchase (you can cut and paste, or quote the
id number or the title) and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
If you wish to know the cost of shipping the item to your location, there is a link entitled "Shipping information for this
item" immediately under the description of each item in our catalogue. As well, a guide to shipping with general information

Please note that our shopping cart does not add the shipping cost to your order. In fact, it does not even show
the shipping cost. It merely collects your contact and payment details. It does not complete the sale. YOU DO NOT
PAY ANYTHING AT THE TIME OF PLACING YOUR ORDER. You are merely
placing an order with us. Note that your credit card will not be actually charged, and neither will you be taken to the
PayPal site for immediate payment, at that time. We will contact you by email as soon as possible after we
receive your order to advise you of the shipping cost and confirm availability of the items. After we have received
your acceptance of the shipping cost, we will then manually process your credit card, or send you a PayPal invoice, or
let you know the details of whichever other payment option you have selected.
